Typhoon Haiyan was a super typhoon record breaking disaster which requires studies and provision to prevent future disasters.

Not only destroyed cities but also impacted Philippines' economic growth.

Typhoon names need to be short and distinctive and well spoken.The major reason is that the media can report the typhoon easier and comprehensive and people could exchange the details and remember the name of the typhoon.
